Fashion Icon Yves Saint Laurent Dies, At 71

The legendary French Fashion guru, Yves Saint Laurent, dies from a battle with brain cancer on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at the age of 71. He started his career as an apprentice for Christian Dior and he blow the world away with his own house of design know as YSL today. To show my gratitude and appreciation for such design excellence that he has brought to this world I decided to create this post and include some of my favorite pieces from his Final show on January 22, 2001.
