It is almost Friday and I am sure everyone is getting ready to go out and party the week away, but what are you going to wear that makes you stand out amongst the rest? Well, I found an awesome outfit on Fergie that would be perfect for a going out look in a simple black palette. It’s something fast that you do not have to put much thought too and still be able to wear it again or mix it up with other clothing in your wardrobe and a additional plus is that these piece you can wear for the next season too.
What Fergie is wearing I am sure cost a fortune let alone the bag she is carrying is a Cartier Black Marcello Calfskin tote for $2000. But anyway, I love the simplicity of the straight leather jacket, classic button down top, and the skinny trouser pant she is wearing. All of the pieces can transition from season to season so that you are not busting your pocket book to keep up with the latest and greatest. Then too top of the look I love her black peep toe heels and the Cartier toe. So lets get this look for le$$ ladies.
I found this cool Lamb Scuba Jacket from Wilsons Leather for $83. The following items are from Macys.com: Calvin Klien Jeans Elbow Sleeve Shirt $59, Lauren Ralph Lauren Cotton Twill Pants $89, and Marc by Marc Jacobs Metal Dot Sunglasses for $90. The next few items I found at Shoes.com: the Madison oversized Patent Satchel $66 and Guess by Marciano Black Patent “Women’s deyandra shoe for $94.99. Finally, I found a cute necklace to finish this outfit from overstock.com. It is a Stainless Steel Carbon Fiber Heart for $22.00. So my final total comes to: $504 Vs. $2200+.
Now, this look for less may be a bit pricey for the average consumer to buy all at one time, but if you budget yourself and purchase a few pieces at a time you can still create this look too and since most of the pieces are nice quality pieces and not so trendy they will last for many seasons to come.
