Summer time and summer vacation is amongst us all very soon. I am sure you all out there got your summer clothes, shoes, the latest hangbags and accessories, but what about some hot sunglasses to top off your look this year. Currently I have my eyes on a pair by Christian Dior called “Gaucho” for $360 at eluxury.com. I think these babies are fierce for summers at the beach or even a afternoon out shopping with the girls.
As you may have seen on the runways from spring 2008 RTW collections a lot of the sunglasses were oversized or stylish aviators looks to complete the entire look, right? Well, how about add some of that style to your current wardrobe too.

I love Nicole Richie’s oversize shades by Versace, Eva Longoria always looks fly, Rihanna in her aviators (Really want them now). Then I found another Nicole Richie in a fun white circled shaped shades, and then our fav Victoria Beckham as posh and she can be.

What do you all think of the latest handbag from Louis Vuitton? I recently saw it in the Louis Vuitton store at the Domain in Austin, Texas and at Saks. I have to say the purse is nice in size and would make a great shopper, but as I saw it on several women here I started not to like it that much. Only because of the shape and size the bag started to look like it wasn’t able to hold it’s shape compared to the other LV’s out there. What do you all think? Do anyone of you own this bag? Now, I will not be getting that bag soon, but the bags that I have my eye on for a mother’s day gift is The Montorgueil GM for $835 or I have been drooling other the Tivoli PM, for $970, since the holidays. The first bag is very simple in style which is what I have ben agonizing over because it is too simple and the Tivoli PM offer a bit of a stylish edge. What do you think? My problem with the Tivoli PM which is the one I really want to buy is that it is not available at my local store so I will have to call and order via the phone. It not a problem to do that, but I like, every other fashionista , am a very instant gratification kind of a girl. You know what I mean? I want to go buy and have it that same day, so I guess if I really want it I just need to be patient and it will arrive on my door step very soon! Anyway, which one should I get? I would love to know
I was just browsing Elle’s top 26 must haves for this season and I came across these beauties. These MIU MIU floral carved sandals are like works of art. The shoe itself is simple in color and design, but when the designer added the artistry of the carved floral design on this 4.25 inched heel, I am not kidding 4.25 inches, I was in love. Now the only question would be, can I work in these bad boys or what? What do you all think of this shoe? Is it too trendy enough to buy? Tell me what you think. I was lurking on people.com and came across the beautiful Roasario. The editor from people suggests to set aside your black handbags this season and go for a neutral bag to accessorize with your easy outfit for the day. I love Rosario’s look. It is simple with the white tank, denim and then she sets the outifit off with a wild animal print heel. I thought it gave your outfit a fashionable edge to it.
The bag she is carrying is the Burberry Beaton bag. I searched Burberry.com/us and did not find it there, but when I browsed the Burberry UK site it was there and listed for 995.00 pounds which converts to $1975.00 USD. WOW!! Now if you can afford that by all means buy it!! The bag she has is available in gold, black and white.
If not, I found a few variations you can do from a low to high end price range. Then to top it off I just had to find a outfit you can wear in order to get her look too.

The next bag is the Sak “Peace Bag” Shopper for $229 from Macys.com, and the last beautiful bag is by Loeffler Randall from eluxury.com. It is a crinkle patent satchel for $685. I love the detailing in the last handbag with the pleats and the handles. I am leaving this on my list as a must have, hee hee

I was just reading my February Issue of Harper Bazaar that had beautiful Jennifer Lopez gracing the cover. Even pregnant that woman still looks fabulous! But anyway according to Bazaar, page 101, “The most striking EXTRAS for spring make a statement in bold black and white.” They go on to say, “Step out in stlye with patent pumps and a woven handbag. They displayed an awesome shoe by Giuseppe Zanotti design, a black patent, platform for $595 and a Chanel, black and white, woven bag for $1950. Both items looked awesome, but that price point kills. So, knowing me I immediately searched the web for affordable styles to wear and share with you all.
The first both sets below was found at zappos.com for shoes I shop because I wear a size 10 and it is so hard to shop store and find nice styles and hear the sales associate say. “I sorry we only received 2 size 10’s and we sold them already.” And with zappos I can search for shoes in my size and know that the styles I am looking at are available in my size.
