I’ve been tagged by the lovely Steeping Beauty Blog which is one of my favorite blogs for the up and up on the beauty industry. Here are my responses:

My Five Must-Not Have Items 

1. Even through some of Britney Spears’ fragrances smell great I don’t want to buy them. Why? The poor girl needs help and if I buy her products I am just support her bad habit. My favorite used to be midnight fantasy, so now I am using Escada’s Moon Sparkle. It smells just like Brit’s.
2. Lip Plumpers. My lips are full enough without it, they can’t get any fuller otherwise I will look like Jimmy Walker, lol.
3.  Cheap cosmetic brushes. I can’t stand them. Even with good care they still fall apart while applying make-up and who wants leftover brush hair on their face?
4. Watered down body lotions. Must have the body butters!! Love them!
5. Low pigmented eye shadows drives me nuts from OTC. I love eye shadows and sometimes I get drawn to them at the grocery store and then when I get home to try them, even with a primer, the pay off sucks! So I just bit the bullet and buy the expensive stuff.

My Five Biggest Beauty Crimes

1. Delphine, I totally am with about not getting enough sleep. With my son most of the morning then I am off to make-over the world at Sephora, and then late at night I am blogging like a mad woman. My son teased me this morning and said, “Mommy, I will go to my uncle house. You need rest.”ha ha
2. Spending too much money. I can buy cosmetics 24/7. I craving to check out Mac again and also global goddess too. I am trying to refrain and be a good girl. I’m trying.
3. Using a cheap version of the Chi or T3 flat iron. I need to get one. I end up spending the same amount because the cheap ones don’t heat up as well or the burn out fast.
4.  Not being consistent and washing my face at night with my skincare. I get so tired I just drop into bed. Not good for the face because in the morning I wake up with a few friends on my face. Hate it!
5. Not keeping up with my nails and toes nails. I sometimes get lazy and leave my chipping nail color on too long and it looks tacky. I am fixing my color as we speak!
